TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RESALE FOR QUIKFLIP APPAREL PRODUCTS

The sale of Quikflip Apparel branded products to you is expressly and exclusively conditioned on your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms and conditions supersede all other terms and conditions and apply to all sales of Quikflip Apparel branded products to you. By receiving Quikflip Apparel branded products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Quikflip Apparel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or policies at any time without notice.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF QUIKFLIP BRAND CONTENT

You agree not to use any Quikflip Apparel trademarks, logos, or creative content without prior written permission.

RESELLER PROOF

Wholesalers must be able to present a valid resale certificate.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the price at the time of ordering. All prices are ex-works. These are wholesale prices for commercial use, and a valid business license or proof of resale is required.

To promote fair competition, Quikflip Apparel requires a Minimum Pricing Policy (MAP). Products may not be advertised below this price unless Quikflip has approved it in writing. A current list of products with MAP will be provided after the wholesale application is approved. Quikflip reserves the right to refuse future orders if this policy is not followed.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE SALE OF UNDECORATED GARMENTS

Unless you decorate or enhance the products beforehand, or unless Quikflip Apparel grants written consent, you agree not to resell Quikflip products to any third party, including end users, wholesalers, retailers, warehouse chains, closeout retailers, online stores, or any other sales channel, whether directly or indirectly.

"Decorating or finishing" means making the product substantially different from the original product through printing, embroidery, or other visible modifications. Whether this is appropriate is at Quikflip Apparel's sole discretion.

CLOTHING FINISHING

All products can be further processed using methods such as screen printing or embroidery. Since factors such as temperature, drying time, and the ink used can vary, Quikflip strongly recommends a test print, especially for larger orders or unfamiliar materials. If any problems arise during printing, you are responsible for stopping and adjusting production. Quikflip is not liable for damage or misprints and does not refund finished products.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Product specifications may change over time. Inventory may therefore include both older and updated models. Quikflip uses the FIFO (First In, First Out) shipping method.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be made within 5 business days. Any form of customization or use by you or third parties is considered acceptance of the goods. Quikflip assumes no liability for printing or processing costs on defective goods. Custom-made, washed, or discounted products are non-returnable. Defective items must be clearly marked.

You can return unworn, unaltered merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, even in cases of customer error or cancellation.

Returns must be accompanied by a return slip and a RAN (Return Authorization Number) – located on the outside of the package and on the delivery note. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the RAN.

Unaccepted deliveries are also subject to a 15% fee plus shipping costs.

Cancellations require written approval from Quikflip. Only orders that have not yet been prepared for shipment can be canceled free of charge.

VIOLATIONS OF THE TERMS

You agree that Quikflip reserves the right to refuse purchases from individuals or businesses that do not comply with these Terms. Violators may be prosecuted.

By submitting your wholesale application, you agree that these terms and conditions apply to all Quikflip products you own or acquire in the future, whether purchased from Quikflip or not.

Quikflip reserves the right to enforce these Terms in its own name and to take legal action. Only Quikflip may modify or waive these Terms in writing. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover its court costs and attorneys' fees.
